Returns

Hair accessories can only be returned unworn and with all labels attached, they cannot be returned for change of mind reasons without all original labels attached for hygiene purposes.

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchased from Allocet if the item is:

• (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it; or 

(b) arrived damaged or broken; or

• (c) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it; or 

• (d) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Allocet with proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or bank statement matching the original purchase details.
   

Item must be returned before a refund or replacement is sent out. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.

 

Many of the Allocet hair accessories are made through a heat formation process and may deform when left in a hot environment. Any item left in a hot environment i.e. a vehicle , by the purchaser will not be entitled to a refund if deformation occurs.

Refunds are offered on all eligible orders returned to us within 30 days of your delivery date and will incur a $7.99 postage & handling fee taken from the refundable purchase costs.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive an Allocet gift card of equivalent value to the item at purchase price, We are happy to exchange or send you a gift card.
