  • If you are worried no one will be home to accept your parcel, please select Signature on delivery for an extra A$2.95, and if no one is home your parcel will be taken to your closes Post Office OR place the address for your local Post Office. 

  • There may be a delay of up to 2-5 business days during our peak periods.

  • Deliveries to New Zealand may incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, Allocet is not responsible for any additional fees as they are out of our control.

  • Please note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact us at any time.
